At Impressions Outlet, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible fashion items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
